After a very impressive win over Alistair Overeem, Bigfoot Silva was calm with a slight smile as he talked to the media about the fight. “When he’s the one punching, he’s a lion, but when he’s taking the punches, he’s a kitten” says Silva about Alistair. When many people counted out Bigfoot, his camp knew they had a good chance in the later rounds. As Alistair hit the ground from Silva’s assault, Dana, the Fertitta’s and Liddel immediately went into a huddle with a look of disbelief.
Silva stated that the reason he left the Blackzilians was because Alistair came there. When asked if he would return he said: “No.” Bigfoot likes to train with friends who care about him personally which is what differs with his experience with the Blackzilians. “They are all business” added Silva.
